AVOIDING... a special assessment or a condo fee increase...
We have just billed back water invoices that did not get put into the individual owner's name in a timely manner. Please pay these with your next condo fee dues. Several have past due balances on condo fees as well; if do not know your balance, or want to check your balance is, please call our accounting office at (217) 359-6400. It's disappointing this "bill back" information was not brought to our attention at or before the previous meeting.
ReplyDeleteYes, we regret the short notice as well. The decision to bill back was not an easy choice to make but was the most equitable and fare to all owners on the property. An assessment or condo fee increase would have unfairly billed low consumers of water.
