Owners and Residents of Cobblefield Point:
Over the past few weeks the Board has received many comments and complaints about snow removal in our complex. The snow removal service has not been the most quality this winter, we acknowledge that, and we are working closely with Ramshaw and the “snow removal company” to address issues as quickly as possible.
Please continue to post your thoughts and suggestions to the Board (hoaboard@cobblefieldpoint.com) or Ramshaw.
However, with another snow fall expected this weekend (we're hearing 3-6" possible on Sunday evening with winds reaching 30mph) please be considerate of the snow plow. Please put your garbage cans inside your garage. If the plow damages your trash can, they owe you for that trash can. Thus, they are not going to go near it. If they will not go near it, expect snow to build up near the trash can. Since the trash can is typically next to your garage more snow will be around your garage.
Finally, regarding garbage cans, the Board heard many requests for a garbage can "fee." If you leave your garbage can out for "too long," then you'll be assessed a fee. This rule has not been "approved," and "too long" has not been defined. Just know that your neighbors do not like to pick up your trash when the wind blows the can over.
As always, we invite all interested residents to come to meetings to voice your opinion and discuss these topics and many more. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 6PM at the Clubhouse.
