November Board Meeting & Budget Discussion

Please join the Board Tuesday, November 2nd at 6PM at the Clubhouse as we discuss topics related to the 2011 budget. We would like to solicit your input on items that we would like to address during the 2011 calendar year. These include a more aggressive lawn care program, painting garage doors and trim, power washing, deck sealing, and other items that directly impact the appearance and value of our complex. We need your input to understand what you, the association, consider important and relevant. The Board has tried to make decisions we feel benefit the association as a whole best, but this is often a difficult task without your direct input. The Board will be spending the next month factoring these items into our current operating expenses and making decisions on how much, if any, the association fee might be raised. Currently, we've discussed anywhere from a $10 to $75 increase per month. We'll weigh the information, present our plan and the budget at the December meeting (12/7), and ratify it that night.
