Cobblefield Point Residents & Owners,
Please join the Board Tuesday, December 7th at 6:00PM in the Clubhouse as we present our proposed budget for the 2011 calendar year. 2011 marks only the second opportunity the Board has had at developing a budget for our complex. After seeing our expenses for 2009 and most of 2010 we feel we have a much better idea of how our money can be spent and where it provides the most value to all members of the Association.
Please join us Tuesday as we will discuss some of the decisions we have made and why, we will also discuss areas where we are trying to improve (lawn care, landscape and bed maintenance), and some new initiatives we plan for 2011 including a change to pool and hot tub access.
We would also like to have a Winter social sometime in January and we are seeking your input on ideas for that gathering.
