NOTICE: To accommodate all Board members our regularly scheduled meeting for January has been moved to Tuesday, January 25th @ 6PM. The additional time will also allow the Board to collect necessary information to determine how much money might be credited to Owners and to finalize the updated budget for 2011. HOA fees will remain at $120 for January & February and we expect the new fee schedule ($135) to be in place for March 1st.
We encourage anyone interested in learning more about the Association to attend our next meeting. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
