The next Home Owner's Association meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 1st @ 6PM in the Clubhouse.
Per approval of the 2011 budget by the Board at the HOA meeting held on January 25th, the new monthly HOA fee of $135 will be effective March 1st. As a reminder, monthly HOA fees are due by the 10th of each month or a $25 late fee will be assessed. For those Owners utilizing the Ramshaw eRentPayer system, please contact Ramshaw (359-6400) to have your monthly fee adjusted.
Curious what we do, frustrated by the current direction, or would you like to just get more involved? We want YOUR help. The next HOA board will be elected in April to take office in May. Please join us March 1st at our next meeting to see about joining our team. There will be at least open positions for the next board and we're looking for volunteers to help our team.
