Cobblefield Point Condominium Association owners will be going go to the polls (at Ramshaw Real Estates office 1817 S. Neil Suite 101, Champaign IL, 61820) to cast their votes for the 2011 -2012 homeowner’s association
board members. There are five board positions available for this year's
election. Each position is a one year term. In case of a tie, the member who submitted their letter of intent first will be elected.

Candidate Declaration - owners or their spouses wishing to run for a board position must first declare their intentions in writing by 5:00 pm on this date. A brief summary of your qualifications for board service and your vision for the community needs to be included in your letter. Names will appear on the ballot according to the order the letters were received. These declarations sent out in the following month's newsletter.
May 2
Meet and greet the candidates. (Clubhouse) 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
May 9
Polls Open - Ballots may be cast in the office from 8:00am to 7:00pm
May 17
Annual Membership Meeting - First Annual meeting to swear in new board members.
